How to prepare for your private consultation with Sara at the studio
GENERAL
What are the studio's business hours?
Our studio is open from Monday to Saturday by appointment only. Please note that evening and Saturday appointments tend to book up quickly, so we recommend scheduling in advance.
BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
How far in advance should I start looking for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting your search for a wedding dress 6-8 months before your event and placing your order 4-6 months in advance.
I have less than 4 months before my wedding, can I still make an order?
In situations where you have less than the recommended timeframe, we advise you to contact us so we can discuss whether we might be able to assist you.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
To ensure your utmost comfort and peace of mind when trying on and choosing your wedding dress, we require appointments to be scheduled in advance. Our consultations, led by our designer, last 90 minutes. You can book your appointment here.
Is there a fee for the consultation?
Our consultations are completely free. During your appointment, you have the freedom to try on anything you like and take photos with your favorite sets and dresses. There’s no limit to how many times you can come in for a consultation. Sometimes, a second visit may be necessary for you to make a precise and relaxed choice.
How should I prepare for my first consultation?
Explore our social media channels to get a feel for our aesthetic, styles, and designs. Make note of any pieces from our latest collections that you’d like to try on. This preparation will give you a clearer idea of what to expect and help our designer guide you in finding your perfect dress.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend wearing flesh-colored underwear, if available. we have a wide variety of heel heights and sizes to offer you options at our meeting.
How many guests can I bring to the consultation?
Our studio offers a seating area for up to 4 guests. Feel free to invite your closest family and friends to join you in choosing the perfect gown and be part of your wedding day journey.
ORDER & FITTINGS
How do I place an order?
You just need to book an appointment to place an order. During the meeting we’ll take your measurements, discuss in detail the model you’ve chosen, and create a schedule for fittings.
To place the order, you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due when the dress is ready.
Do you create custom designs based on my ideas?
At this point our studio does not offer completely custom designs. However, you can make certain changes and alteration to our current looks – like changing the length of the sleeves, the shape of the back, the side of the slit etc.
Is there an additional charge if I want changes to the design?
The additional charge depends on the extent of the changes you want. All details are discussed in advance when placing an order.
Can I try on all the dresses you have available during my consultation?
Yes, you will be able to see, browse, and try on everything from our new collection.
How many fitting will I have?
The fitting process is complex and specific to each style. On average, about 4-6 fittings will be required to create your wedding dress.
Should I have my lingerie and wedding shoes before placing an order?
It’s not mandatory to have your wedding shoes or lingerie on the day you place your order. Our designer and stylist can help you through the process of choosing and styling your accessories.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your initial consultation 6-8 months before your wedding, especially if you require a special fitting process. You can easily schedule your consultation through our website. If you're traveling and need a specific date and time, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
How do I book a specific consultation date if I’m traveling?
If you’re traveling and need a specific consultation date, please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate your schedule. We're happy to assist in making the process as smooth as possible.
Can I send you my measurements or should they be taken in-house?
If you are not able to visit our studio, we will send you an in-depth video of how to correctly take your measurements. We will take you through the process and explain everything you need to know.
How should I plan my visit to the studio for the entire fitting process?
Once your order is placed, our team will create a personalized fitting schedule based on your chosen design. Most pieces require your presence in Sofia for 5-10 days. We’ll aim to complete all fittings and alterations during that time, ensuring your gown is ready before you leave.
Can you ship my wedding piece once its ready?
Yes, we can ship your wedding piece once it's ready! Please keep in mind delivery time and shipping costs, which will depend on your location. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to pick it up from our studio.
THE AFTERCARE
How do I take care of my dress after the wedding?
Since all our dresses are crafted from 100% natural silk, we recommend having them dry-cleaned promptly after your event. After cleaning, store your dress in the breathable garment bag it came in, and keep it in a dry, shaded place.
How can I wear my dress after the wedding?
We would absolutely love to see you wear your bridal look after the wedding! We can alter, trim and color your pieces so you can enjoy them after. Charges and fees are based on your requirements.
