We recommend starting your search for a wedding dress 6-8 months before your event and placing your order 4-6 months in advance.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, you can book a private, one-on-one consultation with our designer, Sara. She will guide you through our designs, help narrow down your options, and explain different fits and combinations. Additionally, she will assist with styling your looks and explain the ordering process, as well as any subsequent fittings and alterations.
Will I need alterations after receiving my piece?
Our pieces are crafted to your unique measurements. However, if an in-person fitting hasn’t been conducted, you might need to make small adjustments, such as hemming or correcting the length of straps or sleeves.
How should I take care of my gown before the wedding?
Keep your design in its original dust bag, hanging. Each piece includes a care manual for preserving its beauty before and after your wedding day.

What is the processing time?
The processing time for our made-to-measure gowns typically ranges between 2 to 4 months. This timeframe allows us to carefully craft and perfect your gown before dispatching it to you.
RETURNS
Can I return my made-to-measure gown or accessories?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure or made-to-order gowns or accessories, as each piece is custom-crafted to your unique specifications. This ensures that your garment is tailored specifically for you.
What if there is an issue with the fit of my gown?
If you experience any issues with the fit or quality of your gown, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin the custom crafting process, so changes may be limited. However, if you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind after placing an order?
Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-measure gowns and accessories, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order. We recommend finalizing all details before confirming your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
THE AFTERCARE
How do I take care of my dress after the wedding?
Since all our dresses are crafted from 100% natural silk, we recommend having them dry-cleaned promptly after your event. After cleaning, store your dress in the breathable garment bag it came in, and keep it in a dry, shaded place.
How can I wear my dress after the wedding?
If you’ve chosen a two-piece set, you can easily mix and match the top with various everyday outfits. As for the skirt, feel free to bring it to a qualified specialist for alterations like shortening or dyeing.
